RizePoint Commitment to Brand, Safety, and Quality Compliance Continues to Expand with Latest Release
February 2017 has proven already to be another exciting month here at RizePoint with our latest product release focused on helping users better manage quality compliance. This release pushes RizePoint even farther down the path of delighting users with targeted technology updates that continue to help quality assurance managers meet and exceed quality standards. Both Mobile Auditor and RizePoint Management Console updates were included in the release that launched on Saturday, February 18, 2017.
Our latest Mobile Auditor updates enable RizePoint users to:
- Upload incomplete assessments when users need to save and share audit results before completion.
- Start audits with just one click when using RizePoint to schedule inspections.
- Conduct temperature checks and automate line check processes with new thermocouple device integration (Cooper Atkins Blue2 device).
We continue to add new Management Dashboards to provide key insights into users’ operations. These dashboards, including a new Ratings Dashboard, put the information users need most right at their fingertips and enable users to drill down to specific data so that quality compliance can be closely monitored and measured.
The RizePoint Management Console Active Home Page offers increased at-a-glance visibility in this release with options to upload videos and include images in administrative messages.
RizePoint’s API framework continues to grow to meet integration needs. IT administrators can utilize the growing number of available API calls to manage integrations with the RizePoint system.
Users can now attach files, including images, when creating a new Independent Action Plan to address compliance issues identified outside of audits.
Finally, Corrective Action Management updates, including a new item history log, make it easy to view historical change data.
