SALT LAKE CITY, Feb. 20, 2020 — RizePoint, a provider of quality management software solutions designed to help food, retail, hospitality, and third-party auditing companies untangle the complexity of the compliance process, has announced that Dean Wiltse has been appointed by the RizePoint Board of Directors to lead RizePoint as CEO.
“The Board and I are very excited to welcome Dean to RizePoint,” said board member Steve Chang, who has been serving as interim CEO since August 2019. “He has a breadth and depth of knowledge in the quality management SaaS industry that will be invaluable to RizePoint as we work to further strengthen our core product and drive new initiatives.”
With over 25 years of experience developing tech companies, Wiltse’s strategy for RizePoint includes a renewed commitment to customer success as well as deeper development of RizePoint’s industry-leading auditing platform for the foodservice, hospitality, retail, certification bodies, and third-party auditor industries.
Most recently, Wiltse served as FoodLogiQ’s CEO for over three years where he led the company to become the leading SaaS provider of traceability, food safety, and supply chain transparency solutions for restaurant chains, food retailers, growers, packers, processors, shippers, and consumer product companies. Additionally, he was recognized as the “Pro to Know” by “Supply and Demand Chain Executive” in 2017 and was nominated twice for Ernst & Young’s “Entrepreneur of the Year” award.
“I am thrilled to be joining RizePoint,” said Wiltse. “The company culture and talent are world-class, and I appreciate the opportunity to build on the history of innovation and growth that has made RizePoint successful. It will be my mission to take the company to the next level of dominance as the best, most preferred auditing and quality management platform in the world.”
Wiltse holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from American University’s Kogod School of Business.
