SALT LAKE CITY, Feb. 20, 2020 — RizePoint, a provider of quality management software solutions designed to help food, retail, hospitality, and third-party auditing companies untangle the complexity of the compliance process, today announced the appointment of Sue Caniglia to its executive leadership team as director of customer success.

Caniglia joined RizePoint (formerly known as Steton) in 2003. Over the years, she has been recognized by colleagues and customers alike for her problem-solving expertise, forward-thinking capabilities, and passion for building customer relationships. Her career at RizePoint has included the roles of Product Manager, Project Manager, and Director over Customer Service and Account Management. As Director of Customer Success, Caniglia will be responsible for leading and inspiring the customer success organization (Project Management, Customer Support, and Administration) in all aspects of their work, all while cultivating outstanding customer loyalty. She will also work closely with product development.

A food industry veteran, Caniglia worked for ConAgra Foods for 16 years prior to joining RizePoint.

She graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a major in marketing and a minor in information technology.
