New Company Growth At RizePoint | Michelle Suzuki Named Chief Marketing Officer and Tim Harris Named Senior Vice President of Product

SALT LAKE CITY, Jan. 26, 2017 – RizePoint, the global leader in quality and safety management solutions, today announced Michelle Suzuki has been named chief marketing officer and Tim Harris has been named senior vice president of product.

Suzuki and Harris will report to Frank Maylett, CEO and president of RizePoint.

Michelle Suzuki spearheads the strategy and execution of all aspects of RizePoint’s marketing efforts. A 22-year veteran of technology marketing, Suzuki led worldwide marketing initiatives at renowned tech companies including EMC, Novell, and Ancestry.com. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from Brigham Young University.

Tim Harris leverages nearly 20 years of cloud-solution product leadership to drive RizePoint’s industry-defining products. Harris joined RizePoint from inContact, where he was vice president of product management and principal product owner. There, he was responsible for ensuring the coordination and continued creation of a unified cloud platform. Prior to this, he was instrumental in the product development workflow for inContact in his roles as senior director of product management, senior director of cloud Ecosystem, and director of cloud solutions. Harris holds two patents related to business communication and call routing.
