The award recognizes outstanding sales and marketing professionals in Utah. Knotwell was one of seven winners, selected by a panel of business executives, out of more than 200 nominees.

John Knotwell is leading the customer service, partnerships, sales, client account management, and solution architecture teams through a period of dramatic growth. Knotwell joined RizePoint in September 2015 and turned a stagnant growth curve into an exponential one. In less than a year, Knotwell has grown the bookings by more than 400% year over year.

Prior to RizePoint, Knotwell was vice president of America’s sales for Workfront (formerly AtTask), and also held executive sales positions at inContact (NASDAQ: SAAS) and Infinite Mind. He has more than 20 years of sales and executive leadership experience and serves as a member of the Utah House of Representatives. Knotwell holds a Bachelor of Science in political science from the University of Utah and an MBA from the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University.
