In his first year at RizePoint, Knotwell grew year-over-year bookings more than 300%. He drives innovation in customer service, partnerships, sales, client account management, and solution architecture. His efforts led to a 50% reduction in new customer onboarding time, a 20% growth in new customer logos, and customer satisfaction scores topping 96% in 2016.

Prior to RizePoint, Knotwell was Vice President of Sales at Workfront (formerly AtTask), and held executive sales positions at inContact and Infinite Mind. He has more than 20 years of sales and executive leadership experience and serves as a member of the Utah House of Representatives. Knotwell holds a Bachelor of Science in political science from the University of Utah and an MBA from the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University.
