In February, RizePoint hosted industry leaders in food service, retail, and hospitality to share ideas during a 3-day conference in Las Vegas. The Engage conference boasted informed keynote speakers, educational boot camps, and updates on industry trends with a lot of fun mixed in. Here are our top five highlights from the conference:
1. Form Builder Announcement
RizePoint was thrilled to announce a new Form Builder experience. It’s easy to use and feature-rich, so both the novice and seasoned pro can customize forms to best suit the needs of their business. Participants were abuzz with Form Builder’s ability to help users ask the right questions, gather data, and gain visibility to align business practices with business values.
2. CEO Joint Panel
Three CEO’s gathered on one stage to discuss how global brands are leveraging data to turn customers into advocates and employees into ambassadors. The dynamic CEOs — Andrew Joiner of inMoment, Sean McDade of People Metrics, and Frank Maylett of RizePoint — talked about building and navigating customer and employee experience in an effort to boost your brand and company culture.
3. Denise Lee Yohn Keynote
Growing your business is all about balance. Keynote speaker Denise Lee Young gave an insightful talk that outlined the importance of meshing the voice of quality, voice of employee, and voice of customer to make a powerful impact in your industry. She drove home the truth that in today’s competitive market, you have to pay attention to all three (VOQ, VOE, VOC) to stay relevant and grow.
4. Mobile Auditor Scavenger Hunt
We helped conference-goers get to know the best features of Mobile Auditor with a casino digital scavenger hunt. Individuals competed for bragging rights and prizes as they learned new or different ways make Mobile Auditor work for their business. The first-place winner took home a quadcopter to keep the fun rolling!
5. Bowling at Brooklyn Bowl
Would a conference even be complete if there weren’t fun and games? No, no it would not. Engage attendees had a blast letting their hair down during the welcome party at Brooklyn Bowl. Rolling Stone boasts this venue as “one of the most incredible places on Earth,” and everyone bowled and socialized to their hearts’ content.
